Su Yen and his men were led inside an ordinary estate with two guards guarding the main entrance.

A couple of minutes later, Zimo and the Space-Eating Spider returned with an unsightly expression.

"Your Majesty, the situation is not looking good," Zimo said gravely. "Many Necoris are hiding in the city, and by their looks, they seem to be planning something sinister."

Su Yen sat on an old wooden chair, looked at the horizon, and responded, "Alright. Let's wait and see."

"Old Spider, I want a comprehensive analysis of this plain in a week. Find out the various locations where we could set up the teleportation formation and anything special about this plain."

"Yes, Your Majesty." With that, the old Spider disappeared once again.

Just then, an old man with pure white hair entered the courtyard with a group of people behind him.

"Are you the group that saved my daughter?" he asked.

"Yes..." Su Yen nodded while sitting.

When the old man and his group saw Su Yen sitting while addressing their patriarch, they frowned and looked at Su Yen and his men with slight annoyance.

"Thank you for saving her life. Can I ask where you are from? With my vast experience, I can help you find your way back home," he said with an amiable smile.

"We're from the barren land. Can you help us go home?" Su Yen asked, staring at Patriarch Wei.

This was the first time he had heard of such a place. He had traveled far and wide, but he had never heard of such a place.

Since Patriarch Wei's first visit, he did not come to visit Su Yen and his men, leaving them to their own devices.

The following day, Zimo and his men left the Wei estate and roamed the city. They witnessed many barbaric acts done by the people but did not try to stop them.

Only a handful of people were safe from such cruel acts, but then again, they seemed not to care.

They saw posters of many missing persons on the walls that left them dumbfounded. The few guards in the city were only protecting the city wall from the Necoris.

Three days later, Zimo and a middle-aged man named Yazhu left the Wei estate for the bustling part of the city.

They entered a three-story building and met a lady behind the counter. Seeing Zimo and Yazhu entering the building, the lady stood up professionally.

"Welcome to the Red Star Chamber of Commerce. How may I help you?"

After a couple of minutes, Zimo, Yazhu, and a fat man left the building.

The fat man's face was full of smiles as he looked at Zimo and Yazhu as if he were looking at fat sheep ready to be slain.

Shortly, they arrived in front of an empty five-story building. "This is the only available place that meets your needs. Do you like it?" the fat man asked.

Zimo and Yazhu looked at the five-story building and exchanged subtle glances.

"We'll take it," Zimo responded.

"Good. Good. Let's go back to the chamber to complete the procedure, and this will be yours in no time." He grinned and led them back.

Two days later, a new store appeared in Dangping City called the Celestial Heavenly Store. When the inhabitants of the city heard such a domineering name, they were shocked.

In these chaotic times, who in their right mind would open a store and call it the Celestial Heavenly Store?

However, those in the dark, wouldn't miss such a rare chance to take a bite from such a fat sheep.
