"Are you telling the truth?" Wei De stared at the middle-aged man with a slight shock on his face.

"I've already sent them a message, but they're waiting for the two powerful gangs to act first," Cai responded.

"What gang? Are they strong?" he inquired in a loud voice.

"Not much...but our allies wanted to use them to test the waters first."

"I hate human cowardice. Why can't they just attack all at once? Who cares about this scheme? This is why they will forever be our slaves."

Taking a deep breath, the Captain looked at Cai and asked, "What are the names of these gangs?"
