As soon as she finished speaking, He Yueru ran back to the entrance of the shop and called out to her mother, “Mom, make me three burgers!”

Jiang Feng and the others immediately changed course, preparing to take the subway to that less famous old shop He Yueru had mentioned.

He Yueru led them down a main road for about 10 minutes until they reached the subway station. Compared with He Yueru’s directions, the route suggested by the map navigation app was a major detour, which frustrated Jiang Feng so much that he uninstalled the app on the spot, deciding to reinstall it later that night.

There are still a few decent ones, but they might have closed for the day by now. I know a shop where the fried cakes are average, but if you want to try something new, it’s at least better than what those tourists’ spots offer,” He Yueru said.
