Chapter 1081 Agreed

"If you can defeat the Primal without us, why are you asking us for a favor? Doesn't that mean you need our help to defeat them?"
Michael shook his head. "While it is true that I want, maybe even need, your help, it's not for my sake."
"You need our help for…our sake?" One of the present Beast Gods asked, his frustration rising rapidly.
"Exactly," Michael nodded and raised his hand to stop the present Gods, Beast Gods, and other beings before they could say anything. n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
"How much of the universe will be destroyed when the six of the strongest entities of the weave fight the Supreme Lord and owner of the Origin Expanse? How many galaxies will fall victim to our fight? How many races will our Essence annihilate by accident? A single astray attack can destroy entire planetary systems." Michael's words were heavy, but they had to be said. He had to speak them aloud.
"How much of the universe do you want to sacrifice for the final battle?" Michael asked everyone present.
Nobody answered. Not even the Titan God, who'd thundered earlier like he had the power to speak up for himself, dared to utter a single sound.
"I can bring everyone I love to the Origin Expanse. In fact, I've reorganized the Realms of the Exiled Races to create an entire planetary system for the Tritan Alliance, the Nest, and the Thorn Merchandise. I don't care if you know these organizations and alliances. Just know that those I protect are nowhere near the battlefield. As for the rest of the universe…"
Michael shrugged.
Jormungandr looked at Michael but didn't say anything. Michael had already offered the World Serpent, Loki, Fenrir, and Hel to bring them into the void of the Expanse for a few days, weeks, or as long as his fight with the Primal would last, but they had rejected. They didn't regain freedom, only to keep running away from the Primal. They lusted for a final battle with the Primal. A head-on fight.
"What do you want?" One of the Beast Gods controlling the Bestikal Galaxies asked. It was a long-winded dragon with five claws. The dragon was silver, just like Eren's dragon curse had been. Thinking about Eren, Michael smiled lightly.
'This guy reminds me of Eren. Where the hell is that guy in the first place?' Michael shrugged inwardly while everyone else waited for him to proceed and answer the question.
"I don't want anything special from all of you. All I need is your full concentration and Essence for as long as the battle with the Primal lasts," Michael said in a matter-of-fact tone. The Gods and other beings stared at him for a while, but Michael had already answered.
A full minute of silence passed before the first Gods murmured and cursed Michael. Still, he didn't say anything and let the tension grow until Loki answered.
"You want us to use the Weave Seal again?" Loki asked, which Michael affirmed with a nod.
"That's the point, but not exactly. I hope you guys can create a Weave seal from the outside of the Beginning. The entire galaxy is already destroyed and won't take anymore damage from my fight with the Primal. That said, I want everyone present to create an arena where I'll fight the Primal. If they kill me, so be it." Michael shrugged.
He doubted the Primal were strong enough to kill him now that he owned the Origin Expanse, but miracles happened often enough. Michael knew that well enough.
"From the outside? So…you don't want us to become the Primal's targets but still hope we can keep the Primal in the Beginning." Loki murmured but it was Jormungandr who shook his head, "The Weave Seal is too strong and complicated to be used on an entire galaxy, especially if the pillars of the seal – aka everyone present other than you – is outside the Weave Seal. Furthermore, the Primal will try to break out. We cannot block them like that if you want us to transform the Beginning into an isolated galaxy severed from the weave."
Michael nodded. If one or two Primal focused on blocking his attacks, the remaining Primal could try and break out to regain access to the weave.
"I understand that point. That's why I hope you can restrain their movements and block them from escaping the Beginning. It would be best if you can sever their connection to the weave as well, but if you cannot do that…" Again, Michael hinted at a shrug. "I don't think we can seal the Beginning completely. However, since most of us are present…I think we can restrain the flow of the Weave's Essence entering the Beginning for a while. At the same time, Sleipnir, Fenrir, Jormungandr, the Calamity Dragon, Hel, and a handful of Major Gods will block the Primals if they're trying to run. We can intercept their fissures and stall them if they try to escape the Beginning," Hel pointed out, ignoring the Calamity Dragon's anger and frustration.
However, hearing that it could fight and possibly tear the Primal apart, it didn't say anything. "Is that enough?" Hel asked, her rotting eyeball flicking to the Calamity Dragon for a second before her attention returned to Michael.
"That should be more than enough. We won't even need the Weave Seal if everyone helps."
The neutral Gods weren't pleased with Michael's plan, but the idea of letting the six Primal and Michael fight across the entire universe was even worse. Michael wouldn't hold back because there was no need to. Everyone he loved was somewhere secure in the Origin Expanse. That being said, the Primal didn't have to hold back either. On the contrary, they would go above and beyond to kill Michael and regain their seat at the top of the Origin Universe.
Even if the Gods, who had yet to pick a side, didn't favor Michael over the Primal…Michael was the one who offered them a solution to the upcoming problems. By containing the Primal within the Beginning, the rest of the universe would be protected.
Maybe that meant they would have to pick a side, but at least Michael warned them about what was going to happen. The Primal never cared about them. If anything, they restrained everyone's freedom and killed the unpolished gems they feared.
If it was necessary to replace one evil with another, the neutral gods would much rather pick Michael.
He might not be the greatest ruler, but he would certainly be better than the Primal.
Someone new was needed at the top.
"We agree."
