'That thing is...????' The veiled lady looked speechless, in awe, as she stared at Rae's body glowing with ki. The presence of a fully functional Wings on his back made Rae appear like a devil.

'A physical construct!! A physical construct to fly? Isn't it??' The veiled lady, shocked, could not believe that Rae had just now requested her to fly together.

"Let's go then." Rae smiled as he held his hand out for Selena to hold. He was planning on flying together with Selena to the Queen's place.

'She seems flustered.' Rae thought as he glanced at Selena who was stuck in her place, unable to utter a word of response.

He held his hand out which the veiled lady did not take. Unwilling to waste any more time, Rae decided to step forward to hold her by the waist and picked her up easily.

'He is flying so fast.!!' Selena thought, her veil was no more able to hide her beautiful face against the speed of wind. But she did not seem to care, the privilege of flying in the sky like this was unbelievable for her.

It was not a skill issue for the personnel in the palace. Instead, it was really lack of manpower in the palace. The queen had little to no personal forces, at least not in the palace right now.

'Oh? Someone is there, in that direction. A warrior?' Rae sensed aura from one certain direction, a powerful aura!

He instantly activated the spell on his eyes to look at the source of that powerful aura.

"Selena? Who is this with you?" A skinny pale man who seemed to be dressed like a knight came rushing towards the balcony.

'He seems to know Selena. A person close to the king or queen? Who could he be?' Rae thought as he glanced at the swordsman in front of him.

Rae was hovering over the balcony as he watched the swordsman pointing his sword dangerously in Rae's direction, ready to attack in a instant.

The royal palace was not only exclusive to the Queen. It was not queen's manor but the royal palace where all the members of the royal family lived.

Rae was curious about the identity of the swordsman in front of him because it would be a problem if the king's side of factions were to know that a promising individual like him was meeting with the queen, then it would be a little problematic for him.

"Lucas? He is Rae. The individual from the academy that the Queen had invited personally." Selena answered in panic, she was worried that Lucas would attack Rae.

The attack would do not damage to Rae but the rude behaviour from the queen's subordinates would cause friction between the relationship between queen and Rae in the long run.

Selena was worried that Lucas would attack Rae like an idiot and cause them losses. So, she panicked as she tried to shield Rae with her body before quickly announcing Rae's identity and his connection with the queen.

"Rae? I see.. Where were you this all time? The queen had to look for those useless guys and pay them just to get things done." Lucas pushed his sword back into his scabbard before asking Selena an important question.

He was dissatisfied and annoyed because of Selena's absence. The lack of personnel had caused the queen to look for those money grubber mercenaries, causing them unnecessary losses.

"Don't worry about that! Where is the queen?" Selena came closer to Lucas before asking the question about queen's location. As for the mission to search for Rae? Selena did not bother to explain anything to Lucas.

Lucas was one of the few remaining loyal subordinates that the queen had at the moment. He was a swordsman by profession, a powerful swordsman with the strength capable of fighting off level four warriors.

But that's how the swordsman were like! Each swordsman who was passionate in their field was capable of crossing levels to beat the opponent of higher ranks. This was the norm for the swordsman as there was no need for physical construct for them.

The swordsman had their custom made swords for their battle. They did not need to defend with physical constructs or anything similar as there was no way a newly promoted level four would be capable of defending against a powerful sword.

Rae was standing aside from Selena and Lucas. He gave them their space to talk.

"She is in her chambers? Alright then, I'd go and notify her or this." Selena found out that the queen was in her personal chamber, alone by herself.

"No! Wait, I'd go call her. You wait here." Lucas replied as he stopped Selena from going inside the palace.

Instead, he wanted to go and get the queen here for meeting.
